We are privileged to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our loyal clients who have been
instrumental in our growth and success. Your unwavering support has enabled us to
provide top-quality nutrition to thousands of dogs and cats across South Africa and
Abroad.
In 2024, we undertook significant operational enhancements, including transitioning our
entire production to two highly respected and accredited facilities. This strategic move
aims to ensure a stable supply chain, accommodate growing volumes, and optimize
quality—all while maintaining our unique and trusted recipes.
We have diligently refined our manufacturing processes, focusing on critical details such
as expansion, kibble bulk density, cooking temperatures, and water activity. These
improvements are pivotal in enhancing digestibility, reducing stool size, and delivering
greater value for your money.
This year also marks the launch of an exciting addition to our brand: the Advanced
Alternatives range. This new range offers distinctive and straightforward recipes suitable
for all life stages and breeds, providing alternative formulations to mainstream diets that
may cause intolerances. Keep an eye out for the first variant in the Advanced Alternatives
range: Turkey & Barley. More innovative options will be introduced soon!
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce the development of our ERP system, featuring a
comprehensive B2B Nutribyte Portal. This portal will enable you to place orders, view
promotions, take advantage of special offers, and stay informed with the latest news and
Updates.
